HLA DB

Please note before download:

  • The HLA database only needs to be installed in case of using the SEQUENCE Pilot modules SEQNEXT-HLA and / or SEQHLA.
  • Do not install the database in case you are using SEQUENCE Pilot version 4.1.2 or lower.
  • The HLA database contains exon and intron sequences.
  • For detailed information see www.ebi.ac.uk/imgt/hla.

Installation

  • Close SEQUENCE Pilot at any client.
  • In case of a client / server installation also stop the services at the SEQUENCE Pilot server. Please don't forget to restart them after the installation is finished
  • Execute the downloaded file and follow the installation instructions to complete installation. As destination select the directory SeqPilot of your installation (default: C:\SeqPilot).
  • Now you can log into SEQUENCE Pilot again.
