Dissimilarity scores are calculated for every peak and are a measure for the deviation of the peak areas from the statistical average. A warning is displayed for any peak with an abnormal high dissimilarity score. So SEQUENCE Pilot detects heterozygous positions, even in case of an allelic dropout.
